As a plus size woman who doesn't usually feel welcome in this sort of boutique fitness studio environment, I had the absolute best time and workout of my life. My trainer JP was so upbeat and encouraging, which made everything feel so achievable.

I went from not working out at all to finally going 3+ times a week because of Rumble. You can't top the welcoming and high energy atmosphere. It's a great mix of strength and boxing.
Helena I.Google review
Best workout ever. I go 5x a week and never get bored. Even if you think you aren't interested in boxing or maybe a little intimidated by it, try just one class and you'll be hooked.
Kim G.Google review
I have been coaching boxing for 22 years. The workout was excellently instructed. Just enough technique instruction to enforce good form without ruining the flow. Welcoming, motivating, and unintimidating.
Geoffrey U.Google review
I hadn't been to a kickboxing class in over 3 years and let me tell you I was scared. The team was there to help get me back to feeling good and getting strong for myself and my children. I immediately signed up to become part of the Rumble family.
